The Assistant serves you.
The first two rungs handle the people writing to you. This one handles the owner side: your numbers, your follow-ups, the small tasks that linger because there is never a good moment for them.
How it works
Ask out loud
You send a voice message between appointments. Talking, not typing. The answer always comes back in writing, so you can re-read it, copy it and forward it.
Your real data
Your appointments, your conversations, your prices. Not estimates. If the number does not exist in your records, you get "I do not have that", never an approximation.
Small tasks, right away
A draft reply to an email, a correction on your site, a response to a Google review. You approve, you send.
Bigger work, next morning
Anything needing real work is done by a person and delivered the next morning. Nothing is marked "done" until it is done.
What to know first
Guided service
A real person is in the loop. That is exactly why places are limited, and why we would rather say so up front than sell automation that does not exist.
Not your accountant
Accounting and tax are deliberately outside the service. It gives you your own numbers; tax decisions stay with your professional.
Legal, tax, medical: excluded
On those subjects it points you to the right person. An AI that answers a legal question creates a problem for you, it does not remove one.
