Collection and use.
This page is written to be read, not skimmed. It describes exactly what happens when you write to our assistant or book an evaluation.
Last updated: 16 September 2026.
1. Information collected
Three things only, and only because you send them:
- What you write to the assistant: the content of your messages in the chat window. If you type your name, your business's name or your availability, that information is part of the message.
- What you enter to book: name, email address and the chosen time slot, entered in the Cal.com calendar embedded on the page.
- What you answer in the free evaluation questionnaire: your business name and sector, your situation (website, appointments, unanswered calls, how customers find you), what frustrates you and what you want to change, then your name, your email and, if you give it, your phone. These answers are attached to your booking in Cal.com’s “notes” field. They also stay in your browser for the length of the visit, so you can correct them, and disappear when you close the tab.
This site measures traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, cookie-free: it counts page visits without an advertising profile, without identifying who you are, and without following you across other sites.
2. Why
To answer your question and to prepare the evaluation you asked for. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade this information, and we do not use it to send you messages you did not ask for.
3. Providers and locations
We use three providers. Their servers are located outside Quebec, primarily in the United States, which means your information is processed there and may be subject to that country's laws:
- Anthropic (United States): runs the assistant. The content of your messages is sent to it to generate the reply.
- Cal.com (United States): runs the booking calendar and collects name, email, time slot and the questionnaire answers.
- Vercel (United States): hosts this site and keeps standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and operation.
4. For how long
Chat conversations exist to answer you in the moment. The transcript shown in your browser is kept in the tab and disappears when you close it.
Bookings are kept as long as the relationship warrants; you can ask us to delete them at any time (section 7). The host's technical logs follow its own retention policy.
5. Conversation kept locally
When you write to our assistant, a copy of the conversation is kept on your device, in your browser, not on our servers. It does one thing: if you come back to the site, you find the conversation waiting instead of having to explain everything again.
- It erases itself after 14 days without activity.
- You can erase it right now: when a conversation is resumed, a "New conversation" button appears above the messages. It wipes the copy and starts fresh.
- On a shared device (a family tablet, an office computer), that button is the one to use before you hand it over.
6. Medical information
The assistant is built not to ask for health information and not to retain it. Please do not type medical information into the chat window: it is not the right channel for it, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
7. Your rights
Quebec's Law 25 gives you the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to request its deletion, and to withdraw your consent.
The person responsible for the protection of personal information at Répond Allo is the business owner. Write to cyrus@repondallo.com and we will reply.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
8. Updates
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. We do not quietly edit what we wrote here.
