The website

Do I lose my current address?
No. If you already have a domain name, we keep it. It is your address, your history and your business cards. We change what sits behind it.
What if I have no content at all?
That is common and it is manageable. We start from your price list and a conversation with you; we write, you correct. Nobody is waiting for you to author a website.
Is the site fast on a phone?
That is the starting constraint, not an afterthought. Most people looking for a local business are on a phone, often on a poor connection.
What happens to my site if I leave?
Your domain name stays yours. If you do not have one yet, we register it in your name from the start. Cancel with two days of notice: we send you a copy of your website files and one file with your appointments and messages, everything we still have. Your site and your receptionist stay online for seven more days, unless traffic jumps significantly. The phone number we set up goes with you too: we move it into an account in your name, and it keeps working until the move is done.

The CRM Agent

Is there a package?
Yes, one: the full setup. Search optimization, your website and the CRM Agent, set up together. You get your exact price at the free 20-minute evaluation.
Do my clients know it is an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as the business's assistant. We do not build systems that pretend to be a person. That is the kind of shortcut that turns on you the day somebody notices.
What about marketing texts?
Every invitation text carries full sender identification, and replying STOP removes that person permanently. Appointment reminders continue: those are service messages, not solicitation.

The assistant

What does it cost?
The Assistant is sold separately from the full setup, and the price depends on what you hand it. We give you a clear number during the free evaluation. We do not publish a price we would then have to qualify.
Is it a chat bot?
No, and the difference is concrete. A generic assistant answers with what it read on the internet. The Assistant answers with what is written in your records, and when something takes real work, a person does it.
Can I start here?
In practice, no, for an honest reason: the Assistant answers from the data the CRM Agent collects. Without rung 2 it has almost nothing to read. That is why the ladder runs in this order.
